Policies
Arrival Please arrive 20 to 30 minutes early. This will allow time to change, enjoy the therapeutic benefits of steam, and sip a relaxing beverage. Late arrivals will still finish at the scheduled time, while the normal treatment fee remains unchanged.
Appointments Please be prepared to provide credit card information or a gift certificate number when scheduling your appointments. Less than 24 hours notice of cancellation will result in a 50% charge; no notice will result in full charges being processed.
Gratuity Tipping is never expected but always appreciated. Most clients follow the same guidelines used in service related businesses – 10 to 20%. Please ask about group tipping protocol.
Peacefulness For their safety, children without appointments are not allowed in treatment rooms or in the reception and relaxation areas. Cell phones and pagers must be silenced during treatments and in the relaxation areas.
Attire Comfortable robes or pajamas, spa slippers and lockers are available for all clients. You may wear your undergarments or bathing suit during a massage or body treatment. However, for optimal results we provide disposable garments and fully drape clients during treatments.
Valuables Please do not bring your valuables to the Spa. Many treatments require you to remove jewelry. The Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen valuables. For security reasons oversized bags are not allowed in the Spa.

This way you won’t have to be concerned if your visit takes a little longer than you anticipated, and you’ll prolong the pleasure of relaxation.

Can I bring my children in the Spa while I am receiving a treatment?
Unless receiving a treatment, children are not allowed in treatment rooms or in the relaxation area without an adult present. Maintaining a peaceful environment for our clients is very important to us. You will be asked to take crying babies and loud children outside
Can I cancel my spa appointment at any time?
Due to the popularity of spa treatments, many clients await cancellations. For this reason, a 24 hour cancellation notice is required for all appointments in order to facilitate other clients’ needs. Clients who do not give 24 hours notice will be charged in full for all services booked.
How early should I arrive for my spa treatment?
Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. More time is needed if you choose to use our amenities prior to your treatment This will allow our front desk agents enough time to check you in and fill out the appropriate information before beginning your treatment. A late arrival will result in shortened treatment time to accommodate other clients
How should I dress for my visit to the Spa?
Please come in whatever clothes you like with as much or as little make up as you desire. Your comfort is our primary concern and we will have spa attire available for you.
Can I schedule treatments if I am pregnant?
Yes!! However, treatments should be avoided that have certain essential oils, deep pressure or heat. Please advise when scheduling your appointments so we can customize your treatments to meet your special needs.
